Sounds always play at full volume

Describe the bug
Workrave sounds play at 100% volume. The volume slider in the Workrave settings doesn't have any effect.

Tested with both the "Play" button in the settings UI, and actual sounds while using Workrave.

Linux (please complete the following information in case you encountered the bug on Linux):

• Distribution: Fedora
• Distribution Version: 36
• Desktop Environment: XFCE 4.16
• Workrave Version: 1.10.49 (workrave-1.10.49-2.fc36) 1.10.50 (workrave-1.10.50-1.fc36)

I have the same issue in Fedora 37
