[Feature Request] Automatically go into quiet mode when screen sharing detected

Hello

I would like to request a feature that enables Workrave to automatically go into quiet mode when any app activates screen sharing.

I think users don't want to be annoyed when sharing screen for someone else or for bigger public.

And alao, I think it will be nice to add an feature that enables workrave to go into quiet when any app uses the microphone. Using a microphone usually means that user is in the meeting and should be able to mute/unmute himself at any time (especially when working in the office) and maybe he is watching someone else screen, so locking the screen during the meeting can be annoying.

@kuba3351: There is no way to detect whether screen sharing is occurring, but screen sharing typically triggers Do not disturb mode, and Workrave 1.11 will allow switching to Quiet mode in DND mode (see ticket #226).

As for the microphone, this may be possible under Windows, but this should be tracked in a specific ticket.
