Feature Request - add a new timer that just always counts down regardless of anything else

It would be good to have a new timer (or potentially an option in the Daily Limit timer) that always counted down even if Workrave was in suspended mode.

So I could then set an 8hr timer, and it reminds me to logoff after 8hrs regardless of how many breaks and so on I have had.
