using Miner causes ads to play with Twitch Turbo

Describe the bug

I subscribe to Twitch Turbo. When I run the miner, I will sometimes get ads when watching a stream. This happens even when I limit the Miner to one stream so that I'm only connected to two streams max.

I am running the Miner in a Docker container and have it connected to a VPN, so it's connecting from a different public IP than the one I watch from.

Steps to reproduce

1. Must have Twitch Turbo
2. Run Miner
3. Watch stream in browser

Expected behavior

I expected to never get any ads while watching Twitch.

I don't have Turbo so I can't give a definitive answer. However, searching around for this issue I found this comment on a similar issue on Reddit. Barry is a Twitch Ambassador (I see them frequently answering questions on the dev forum), so I'd trust them more than the average user. The contention is that using an adblocker could block the client from sending the correct event(s). So it could be that the miner is just failing to send the same event(s).

Unfortunately, I can't really investigate this as I don't have an account with Turbo. Somebody else in the community who does could check if there's a some difference in the requests being made when a user has Turbo and then see if that's something we could implement.

Myself and another user I talked to on reddit had this same issue, both of us turbo users now seeing ads. Setting chat=ChatPresence.NEVER seemed to fix it for myself and them, though would be nice to get a fix/change to have it work while joining IRC chat. Hopefully this can temporarily fix the issue for you.

I can confirm the same behavior. Reaching out to Twitch support my account was flagged due to an "unusually high number of ads being cancelled" and "more than a user watching 24/7 can reach in a month". I'm assuming this is due to having this run and watch two channels, while also watching Twitch myself.

I've modified this script to only watch 1 channel at a time (instead of 2) and that seems to have resolved the issue.
