Scrollbars do not set dark theme on Windows

On Windows, set dark theme is not working on tk.Scrollbar.

Windows version 10.0.19045.5131
Python version 3.11.2
sk-ttk version 2.6.0

The theme only works with ttk widgets. Try importing ttk from tkinter and use ttk.Scrollbar.

Oddly enough, the theme works fine on Linux using tk.Scrollbar

The tk widgets only get the color scheme. I think the tk version of the Scrollbar isn't very customizable on Windows and maybe that's why it isn't getting the color scheme. Did you try the ttk version of it?

Not yet. I will also have to swap out each instance of ScrolledText as it has same issue.
