derivation selection hardcoded to RAW?

Hello,

to what I can understand pytimber relies on the accsoft.cals.extr.client.service.ServiceBuilder, method createTimeseriesService, which has hardcoded the derivation selection source to RAW (not BEST_NOW). Is this correct?

The service does not use specific options, so I don't​ know if it raw or best. If you find out please send me a pull request.
