PushDesktop.ax failed to load

When trying to install, I get a popup saying "The module PushDesktop.ax failed to load" etc, and the installation fails.

Using vanilla Windows 10.

Oh, and the title of the dialog is "RegSvr32".

This got resolved by some combination of installing v0.11.1 first and unplugging a second monitor.
