align.overflow has no effect

Hi. I use the properties align.overflow (adjustX, adjustY and alwaysByViewport) to avoid scrolling and cutting off tooltips located close to the edge of the page. But it has no effect. Live example: https://stackblitz.com/edit/vitejs-vite-hjku8x?file=src%2FApp.jsx
