Voice issue on Android 14

When the dialer is on Andorid 14, the receiver can not hear the voice. The dialer hears the voice. I have added
android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE in menifest
.

I have used jssip "https://github.com/avodevelopment/RNJsSIP.git" and "react-native-webrtc". It's all okay on other devices except Android 14.android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE
