[BUG] Akavache.Sqlite3.Internal.SQLiteException: 'no such table: SchemaInfo'

Firstly this looks similar to a bug reported back in 2014!? I'm just not sure what the suggestion is to fix or work around it?

After an upgrade and fresh install to the latest & greatest. On first ever load the app always throws an exception.

• Is this expected?
• What is best practice here to work around/with this exception?
• Do I just ignore it? - that's the feeling I get from the 2014 bug!

EDIT: I'll add this is in use on a Xamarin Forms android project at the latest release.
