Books not open on iOS Chrome

Expected Behaviour

I would like open books in a iOS device using Chrome as a browser.

Observed behaviour

Instead, Readium shows the spinner all the time

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Chrome in a iOS device
2. Go to https://readium.firebaseapp.com
3. Open any book.
4. The spinner shows all the time.

Test file(s)

Any book on library.

• Readium cloud reader app
  • Browser: Chrome 54.0.2840.91
  • iOS 9.3.5 and iOS 10

Please try the following fix from this Pull Request: readium/readium-js#73
(in fact, to make things simpler in your tests, just force var isIE = true;, and check the results)
