[Bug] Issue with Vertical Mongolian EPUB Page Navigation in TestApp

Describe the bug

First, thank you for your contributions to the e-book ecosystem! I've encountered a small issue with Mongolian e-books while using TestApp and would appreciate your help.

While testing vertical Mongolian EPUB files, I noticed some interesting behavior:

• The cover page and first page display perfectly ✨
• However, from the second page onwards, there are some minor issues:
  • Cannot swipe right to turn pages
  • Can only scroll up/down to view content
  • Page counter remains stuck at "2/x"

How to reproduce?

1. Open TestApp
2. Load a vertical Mongolian EPUB file
3. Navigate past the first page
4. Attempt to swipe right to turn pages
   Uploading test.epub.zip…

iPhone 15 Pro (emulator) and iPhone 15

Hello developer, after repeated testing, I understand that the current issue is not about staying on the second page. Instead, the problem is that when flipping pages, it goes by chapters. If it lands on the first page of a chapter, the remaining content in that chapter can only be viewed by scrolling up and down. Flipping the page again will take you to the next chapter. For example, if the first page is the cover page and the second page is the first page of chapter one, then flipping from the second page will take you to the first page of chapter two. I want to change this to the traditional page-flipping mode where it goes by content. What do I need to modify? Thank you for your help!
