Missing checks in upload docs validation

After playing for a while and with the help of your awesome support team, there are few missing validation checks:

1. category.uri is mandatory for each page
2. index.md can't be uploaded, so I had to change the slug to something different. Support says there are more reserved file names/slugs (The official documentation needs to reflect that).
