Docs autofixable improvments

The automatic issue fixes is missing a few things:

1. A flag to set it to yes, as the command will run as part of a CI/CD pipeline.
2. The "what's next" page part isn't converted to the new MDX format and is being removed.
3. An external link isn't converted to the new MDX format and is being removed.
4. Every file yields the warning X have issues that cannot be fixed automatically. It's not realistic that I'll contact the support for each, especially when the origin of the file is a bi-directional git repository.
