What's the problem this feature will solve?
The latest released version of rust is 1.96, the latest on RTD supported version is currently 1.91. Some rust libraries rely on features released after 1.91 and can currently not be build on the plattform.
As I understand readthedocs aims to update build dependencies every six months.
