What's the problem this feature will solve?

I have a Farsi translation on the current version of our website, which we are porting to RTD, and I am unable to create a Farsi RTD translation.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add Farsi as an available language.

Alternative solutions

I don't translate in Farsi.
