Any upload progress notifications that are registered while a client reset has been started will receive the upload progress notifications of the primary sync session/realm after the fresh realm has been downloaded.

• Streaming requests registered before or any time during the client reset will receive the upload notifications
• Non-streaming requests registered after the fresh realm download has been started will receive the upload notifications for the upload after the fresh realm has been downloaded and the client reset diff has occurred. They will stop once the initial upload after the client reset diff is complete and the progress has reached 1.0.
