Outdated realsenseId python package #67

Looks like the current python library is 0.38.2 https://pypi.org/project/realsenseid/#history
When doing some of the API calls I get
rsid_rest.rsid_lib.rsid_api_wrapper:lib_log:661 - [PacketSender] Protocol version doesn't match. Expected: 2, Received: 3
Apparently this was updated in version 1.3.1 https://github.com/IntelRealSense/RealSenseID/blame/ad2d1bd7308cf7e460e6cafcbef7f0e55d1ef30c/src/PacketManager/SerialPacket.h#L20
I naively updated the firmware on the camera when I got it. Can you please update the Python package to be compatible with the latest firmware?
