Gives error "unauthorized action or expired link"

Hello there

This plugin was a good idea, and works well in stopping from more logins after the defined number of unsuccessful attempts. However, after the defined time period when user tries to login it throws "unauthorized action or expired link" error. When try to login again the "wait for x minutes" appears again and this goes on. The only way to login is to rename the plugin folder.

Not sure why no issues are reported. Maybe some issues with the configuration (it's simple and not prone to make mistakes) or in the code.

Hope someone looks into this and resolves.

I get the same thing. This plugin does not work with the current version of Yourls, if it ever worked.
