Expose Headers to Consumers #4

Description

@arielmoraes

If Freakout is used alongside Rebus, or other Diagnostics-aware code, it loses all trace information.

A possible solution is to make it respect Activities or, at least, expose the Headers to consumers, making it possible to provide, for example, a trace header and later, when consuming, using it to create new activities.

As Freakout is generic and not tied to any library, exposing the headers makes it more flexible.
