Describe the bug

As GSSoC'24 have ended and GSSoC'25 is in progress along with Hacktoberfest, there is a need of including GSSoc'25 & Hacktoberfest (this repo is hacktober accepted according to tag given) as labels in template replacing GSSoC'24 in ISSUE_TEMPLATE

Expected behavior

Inclusion of GSSoC'25 & Hacktoberfest in bug issue template

Add ScreenShots
