I noticed that some repository entries have inconsistent formatting (missing hyphens, uneven spacing, or description alignment).
I would like to standardize the format across all entries to improve readability and maintain structure.

Suggested Change

Ensuring all repository entries follow the same markdown pattern

Fixing spacing and bullet alignment

Adding missing descriptions where needed
