Is it possible to skip problem files?

I found that my folder had a handful of bad php files and the system got stuck on them... I have approx 12,000 php files in the folder/subfolder being scanned

By bad I mean if I paste the code on https://getrector.com/demo/, I get "Provide a valid PHP code"

I would prefer it skip and post skipped files in a text file, instead of simply hangup up
