I want a subscription yaml schema validation

In order to help people configure subscriptions without making errors, we should register a yaml schema. This would also help with auto-completion and stuff.

I found this for json, perhaps we can somehow do something similar for yaml 🙃 https://github.com/Microsoft/monaco-editor/issues/38
