generated JSON doesn't include items from OWL

Here is the OWL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/coderextreme/x3djson/master/x3d-3.4.owl Transform and any mention of scale are missing from the demo/OUTPUT folder. They are in lib/debug* Where is the JSON schema located? Or is it incomplete?

It could be that Transforms are nested (like HTML divs) and somehow don't show up
