@MTEV you are using too many tokens per minute or making too many requests per minute. OpenAI have a Tiers system: the more you use the API and pay for it, the more you can use the OpenAI services. For example, we had 429 errors because of concurrency when we were Tier 1, but when they moved us to Tier 2, we stopped getting those 429s.
