Documentation needs to be included that shows how users can configure and personalize their Red Hat OpenShift Dev Space environment to fit their specific organization and use case.

• These docs should live under the "docs" folder and be formatted in markdown.
• Already published and official documentation should not be repeated but instead referenced.
• It should be assumed that the OCP cluster is 4.20+
