[UI] Auto-save changes done to the Devfile from the web UI into the local filesystem #6979

User Story

As an odo dev UI user, I want my changes to be persisted automatically from the website into my Devfile on the filesystem, So that my changes are reflected quite immediately (if they are valid).

Acceptance Criteria

  • It should automatically validate the Devfile, and if it is valid, save it automatically on the filesystem

Additional notes (from team discussion on Jun 29, 2023)

  • Question: auto-save or not? (if the dev session is stopped but the user had made changes to the Devfile via the website) => auto-save.
