The window is continuously refreshing and doesn't let me program

Type: Performance Issue

When I open any kind of file, the windows just start refershing after i write something, but like every time I write something not just one time at the beginning. This doen't let me program because every time it refreshes, the cursor doesn't appear anymore and I have to click the mouse, but this occours every 5 seconds. I have already tried to unable all the extensions, disinstall the ones that corrected the code, disinstalled and reinstalled VSCode, to run it with the "run as administrator", to launch from the terminal with the command code --disable-gpu, to launch it with the command code --log trace. I did the Start Extension Bisect command from Command Palette (F1) to investigate and it came out that is:

I'm pretty sure I know what this is. I suspect your VS Code is set to auto save every few seconds (see files.autoSave & files.autoSaveDelay settings) ? The real issue is that another feature is misbehaving on the auto-save. As a workaround (and to confirm the actual issue), can you add the following setting to your VS Code :

"java.cleanup.actions": []

By default this is set to "java.cleanup.actions": [ "renameFileToType" ] when nothing is defined, so you're just changing it to be empty. The setting should detect when there is a mismatch between the name of the Java source file and the primary type declaration but it seems to be getting confused, so probably needs to avoid activating when multiple type declarations exist.

Update: Easily reproducible by defining 2 or more public type declarations in the same file (which is a compilation error) and manually hitting save.
