After creating component, openshift connector refreshes and opens new Welcome page

On MacOS 12.6 after creating a component (maybe in other cases as well) the extension itself refreshes and opens new Welcome page, which can be kinda annoying..

@lgrossma It is happening because new workspace folder is added to empty workspace. Vscode reloads window and everything is getting refreshed. There is no notification for that and welcome page gets lost. The same I remember was happening for other welcome pages too.

@lgrossma I will revisit it in next version and see if anything changed in vscode to handle scenarios like this.
