DTD Quick Fix Closing Bracket on Next Line

For a .dtd document, if you remove the closing tag of an element, and use the Quick fix option to close it, the closing tag will appear on the next line,, instead of immediately following the element.

This behaviour still happens when preserveEmptyContent is enabled

When on LF, you will see this behaviour, but on CRLF you will see the desired behavior.
