Add additional CI e2e tests #90

What problem this enhancement will solve?
Validate functionality and conformance via custom e2e tests specific to Patu.
What is your proposal?
Add the following test:
- Uninstallation and reinstallation of Patu verifying cleanup and proper reinstallation using install/uninstaller scripts.
- Iperf pod to pod to discover if the results are reasonably consistent.
- Cluster IP functionality.
- Verify egress pod connectivity to an Internet service.
- Node port functionality (once implemented).
