RH Dep Analysis Plugin for Dev Spaces No Longer for Python

I just finished running through this workshop with a customer and we discovered that the Red Hat Dependency Analysis plugin inside of OpenShift Dev Spaces no longer seems to work with requirements.txt files. I looked into the plugin a bit more and it _looks_ like it only recognizes package.json and pom.xml files now.
