[Bug]: Can not be able to login in Redis Insight Desktop Windows using any login methods.

Actual behavior

In all the login methods provided by the Redis Insight Desktop Windows, none of them works.
Either it shows invalid email address invalid authentication.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce it, so it would be very helpful if you provide us more details:

1. Redis Insight version (Settings → About) and your Windows version.
2. How you installed it: .exe installer, Microsoft Store, or portable.
3. Which button you press, and the exact error, ideally with a screenshot - the two messages you mention come from different places.
4. Whether MFA is enabled on your Redis Cloud account.
5. Whether browser sign-in works with the same account on the same machine.
6. Whether you're on a corporate network, VPN, or proxy.
7. Logs from C:\Users.redis-insight\logs (hidden folder).

Temporary workaround, if you need to access your Cloud database now:

• You can skip sign-in: on Add database, choose "Redis Cloud API keys" and use an account key and user key from the Redis Cloud console.

Redis Insight version and Windows version: Redis Insight diagnostics App version: 3.8.0 Build commit: 815499a OS: win32 (x64) Build type: ELECTRON App type: ELECTRON Package type: unknown-windows Windows Edition: Windows 11 Home Single Language, Version: 25H2 2. Installation method: Installed using the .exe installer. 3. Button and error details: I clicked the "Cloud sign in" button in the top right corner of the screen. 4. MFA status: No, MFA is not enabled on my Redis Cloud account. 5. Browser sign-in: Yes, browser sign-in works with the same account on this machine. 6. Network environment: No, I am not on a corporate network, VPN, or proxy. 7. Logs: There is no log folder with the specified name in that directory. Thank you for the temporary workaround suggestion.
