Hi, I've replicated the project and I'm really excited about it.
Is it possible to integrate a second phone as well? I don't have an Apple Home or anything like that.

Not sure I understand your question, the device is added to an Apple Home to get the HomeKey, are you referring to a homehub? Regardless, if you want to share the HomeKey to someone else, they have to be invited to your Home, and this requires a homehub. If you just want to use it on a second device you own, it has to be on the same Apple ID account so you get access to your Home accessories.

I want to Share with my wife. But i have no homehub.
Are there any other devices besides Apple TV and HomePod?

Unfortunately no, there used to be an option to use an iPad, but ever since the new HomeKit architecture Apple deployed, they’ve removed that option. You’ll have to setup either a HomePod, HomePod Mini or an Apple TV (HD 4th gen or newer).
