Add config options to run e2e function standalone

Hi,
first of all, thank you for this great exporter.

We have a small suggestion for improvement.
We would like to run the e2e feature standalone. It would therefore be useful, if the other functions could be completely deactivated.  Some of them are already configurable, others are not.
