[The Unbundling]: Storybook

Summary

First up: we're unbundling Storybook from RedwoodGraphQL.

Motivation

It’s one of the hardest parts to maintain, and around 20% of the open issues are related to it.

Detailed proposal

Most of the heavy lifting has already been done—what’s left is documenting how to run it yourself, so it’s easy to take over when you need it.

I will update the requirements in this RFC as I progress through that task. If anyone wants to help, please let me know.
