Pareto Anywhere v1.24 released

What's new in pareto-anywhere@1.24?

Updated advlib, advlib-ble-services and advlib-ble-manufacturers to support additional standard properties from BTHome and the latest Minew devices. Also updated barnacles and the barterer / chickadee APIs in consequence, including the client-side cuttlefish which displays the standard properties.

The barnacles module, and hence pareto-anywhere, now emits an encrypted message when payloads with encrypted data (for authentication and/or decryption) are decoded. The encrypted data is available as human-friendly data in the /devices API when using socket.io for real-time updates.

Upgraded from Express 4.x to Express 5.x.

Added a link to Pareto Anywhere on Docker Hub. Releases of Pareto Anywhere are automatically pushed to Docker Hub.
