[FEAT] Add support to rsbuild

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Would be awesome to have support for rsbuild - need to test if it works out of the box or if it needs some tweaks. If anyone from the refinedev team could point me to an issue or a similar feature request, that’d be great! Might even throw in a PR myself 😉.

Think of it like Vite… but on steroids - because, well, you know what it’s built with (spoiler alert - Rust)😏.

Hello @w20k, rspack looks great.

Maybe we can start with an example using rspack first, and later add it to create refine-app. But right now, we're busy developing Refine AI and our backlog is full. If you'd like to open a PR for rspack, we'd be happy! 🚀
