TODOs after talking with Core #219
Description
I think some of these may already be implemented, but if they are selling points, then they should be featured in the tutorial as well.
- Get information about individual genes on volcano plot
- Option to turn off clustering
- Top 500, either by pfold or significance
- Limit to specified genes. (Search does this.... but maybe folks really want a multi-line input?
- Different ways to scale rows: (mean-values) / sd OR distance from control (one column all white)
- Tutorial with more screen shots!
- Link to other easy to use online heatmap tools (README, and in-app)
