Points notification popup repeatedly appears

Background
After a successful login, the system displays a points notification popup. Currently, this popup reappears every time the user logs in again, which disrupts the workflow.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the account.
2. After a successful login, the points notification popup appears.
3. Log out and log back in.
4. The popup appears again.

Expected Behavior
Limit the popup to appear only once per login session or within a certain time period.
