Why there is no new release

Hello Team,
Why there is no new release? last release happened in july 2024.
In master branch i can see there are few changes which are available in master but which will again break backward compatability for someone who is still using X25519Kyber768Draft00. As a part of this PR you've removed X25519Kyber768Draft00 : 77ea502. One more thing currrent code does not contain CodePoint in ApplicationSettingsExtension struct.

We are planning to tag after #331, just so that people won't get confused why ECH is not working as it is a feature of go 1.23+. If you want to use the latest before then you might use the pseudo version from master.

As a part of this PR you've removed X25519Kyber768Draft00 : 77ea502.

In that same PR X25519Kyber768Draft00 was added back in 9fada94. We didn't break backward compatibility for kyber AFAIK. If you found something specific broken let us know.

One more thing currrent code does not contain CodePoint in ApplicationSettingsExtension struct.

Are you are talking about the new codepoint for chrome? It is being added in #333
