Request Clustal format output

Please add an option to output results in Clustal (aln) format. This is the standard for most multiple alignment software, and is certainly more appropriate for users to inspect the alignment results. We would like to switch from Clustal to FAMSA for our website to take advantage of the speed for large alignments, but it is inefficient to require reformatting of results with another program in our workflow.
