ecmaVersion 6 is hardcoded, and object spread can't parse

It'd be great if the default settings could be overridden by eslint's own settings for the file - meaning, i think i can use eslint's overrides to provide settings for a subfile of a given markdown file, and evalmd should be able to read that, which would mean i could configure my own ecmaVersion and whatnot.
