We can use a combination of a workflow similar to [this one](https://github.com/aquasecurity/vuln-list-update/blob/main/.github/workflows/squash.yml) plus the cleanup steps [here](https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/52302) to reduce the size of the repo. We'll have to stop the bot by hand, do the cleanup, and then restart it.
