[Feature Request] Ability to create and save control pad(s) instead of using single buttons

I would like us to have the ability to pick a few "commands" (buttons) from the and lay them on a custom remote layout (which I can save) so I am not stuck to always picking and finding the buttons I need from the vast library of IR codes we have access to.

Reference implementations:

• DroidPad (nice design, has custom components for various types of buttons, but IR blaster support is out of it's scope
• android-ir-blaster (has the functionality I need, but the DroidPad UI is far superior. Also does not have access to the database of IR codes)

Hi. Unfortunately, this is a little out of scope of the main objective of this project (to provide a simple frontend for the library of irdb codes), but I am going to keep this issue open. This is a fantastic idea, however I think a developer besides myself may better implement it as I am currently focusing my time on other efforts. PRs/MRs open!
