RFE: add new metadata for tooling versions

add to the metadata the versions of the tooling used in the compose, pungi version, productmd version, koji, lorax etc

I'd also like to see some metadata for possible post-compose section in run-distill ... something where tools altering compose content could write into like 'post-tooling'. We do path-tweaks and stuff for older products. It would be nice to see what version of what tool destroyed structure :-) Otherwise +1 I think this would be super useful
