Support sound on desktop

At the moment there is not sound support for desktop. Possible technologies are:

• PortAudio for the sound engine
• libsndfile for handling audio files

Oof, yeah it is. I used it briefly before going to SDL for my emulators and it worked well, but that was in the ancient Go 1.0 days. Maybe best to just table it for now.
