RS spec -02 is now minimum required, has support for content-type in folder listings

IIRC that was holding back finishing the FUSE client properly, especially in regards to MIME types.

It probably needs to be adapted for the newer spec versions in other places as well, but not much should've changed. I'll gladly answer any questions and guide anyone who wants to help with this in regards to the spec and changes.
