Deprecate in favor of memm?

This thing is kind of old and nobody's actively maintaining it. I don't know if someone's actively using it, but I think it would make sense to direct people coming here to https://github.com/lesion/memm, which works and is maintained by @lesion, who's also a core contributor to rs.js.
